Courage Starts With Showing Up

So first Masters class tonight. When I was asked to introduce myself and my motivation for being here, I spoke from my heart. I trusted what I said. And whilst it was uncomfortable afterwards, the vulnerability hangovers definitely get less the more I show up and let myself be seen.
